The skirts have an elastic waist and fit size 8-16. Please specify your size for the wrap top in the notes. If you would like to mix ‘n’ match a different top with a certain skirt, please request in Notes upon purchase. If you select a costume with a coin belt, please request either silver or gold. The hip scarves come as in the photo.
